Delivery times
Once the order is finalized, the order will be shipped as soon as possible. We aim to ship parcels out within 2 business days, but this can vary depending on the demand. We use different postal services like DHL, DPD, PostNL, FedEx or UPS, also depending on the destination and current rates. As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping information like the tracking number and the service used.
Orders placed on business days before 15:00 are shipped out on the same day.
For deliveries in Europe and outside Europe we use different shippers depending on their service and rate for that particular region to guarantee the best service and rate.
Shipments within Europe usually take between 3-5 business days to be delivered. Shipments outside of Europe take a bit longer and are normally delivered within 5-10 business days. These times are an estimation and can vary.
