All products purchased at the GOSOAKY webstore can be returned or exchanged within 30 days, under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Also, the original labels should still be attached. Shipping costs and risks are for your own account. If you want to return your product please follow the procedure described below. Please place a new order if you would like an exchange, we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge by refunding the shipping costs of the new order.

HOW TO RETURN

01. Fill in the return form, clearly write the style of the jacket & specify the reason for return.
Add the return form in the parcel.

02. Place the items unused, undamged and with their original tags and packaging.

03. Send the parcel to this address :

04. Save your tracking information until we have confirmed your return.

05. Take the package to the nearest post office within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. Please note that return costs are for your own account. We advise you to send your return with a Track and Trace code.

Products that are damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the item is returned in good condition we will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card. The return shipment will be on your own account. After the parcel has been delivered to our warehouse, it can take up to 10 business days for the return to be fully processed.
