For deliveries within Holland we charge €3.95 (regardless of the quantity ordered, free shipping from 150,-). Deliveries outside Holland will be charged according to the region.

Delivery Times

Once the payment is received, the order will be shipped as soon as possible, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We ship all packages with TNT Post, most likely delivered within 2 working days. In some cases the post can take longer to deliver. You will receive a tracking number, so you can track your package at all times.

For deliveries in Europe and outside Europe we use different shippers depending on their service and rate for that particular region to guarantee the best service and rate.

Within Europe you can expect your delivery in 3-5 working days. Outside Europe you can expect your delivery in 5-10 working days.

Returns

All products purchased at the GOSOAKY webstore can be returned or exchanged within 7 days, under the condition that the product is unused, undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Also the original labels should still be attached. Shipping costs and risks are for your own account. If you want to return your product please follow the following procedure:

Products that are damaged or worn cannot be exchanged or refunded. Once the item is returned in good condition we will refund the amount to your bank account or credit card. The return shipment will be on your own account. When an item will be send back to be exchanged for another item, we will send the exchanged item to you free of charge.
