Sales Support // Customer Services Employee

Job specification

  • Providing assistance to the sales manager, reorders, agenda management, processing orders.
  • Assisting in Customer Service, dealing with enquiries for B2C order.
  • Processing orders from our webstore (B2C).
  • Keeping stock administration up to date.
  • Administrative tasks; processing orders and reorders, invoicing, order confirmations, providing solutions for complaints of customers, exchanges, analyzing sellthrough.
  • Communication with customers (B2B and B2C).
  • Day to day administrative and assisting tasks.
